About Me

I practice E.M.D.R. and neurobiological, body-based practices. My orientation is also informed by psychodynamic and depth-based theories of the unconscious, as well as attachment theory.

I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Ryokan College, a Master of Fine Arts from the California Institute of the Arts, and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Media and Culture/Semiotics from Brown University.

My post-doctoral and other trainings were at a psychiatric hospital, public clinic, rehab and several private practice settings.

I have lived in Los Angeles for over 22 years, and am a native of Seattle.  Previously, I have also resided in Amsterdam, Switzerland, Tokyo and New York.  I have been creative for most of my life, and enjoy surfing.
